    Hi,

    i have data same as the file attached.

    I want to scroll only the value between DATA1 and DATA19 by placing the scroll bar on the top.

    Your example file alone does not help explain what you are trying to achieve.

    Hi,

    My purpose is that I want to keep column A to stay still, and as well as column V. Even how many columns i will add into my list (DATA20, DATA21, DATA22,..........DATA50), i want to use the scroll bar that i have created to move my columns around and keep column A & column V to stay freeze.

    I created some dummy data to the right of the sheet.

    Some scrollbar properties need to be set.

    Min=1
    Max=10
    LinkedCell=A1

    The formula in the static table is INDEX
