Excel 2007 : Named Ranges and Max Function

I have been trying to find the answer on this for a couple of days now. I have a large dataset and I am trying to quickly identify the max value for the 2 different subsets. MAX function only allows 30 points so I created named ranges to be able to use the MAX function. The problem is the MAX function only returns a 0. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

try commas instead of colons to seperate your named ranges.

Thanks a lot for the help, your suggestion worked great on the Days of rolls available but for some reason still returns a 0 for Days of MR available. The ranges are defined the same way any idea what would cause that?

Sorry to bother you with the last question. Turns out I had a circular reference on one of the spreadsheets I am linked to, after correcting that it works great.
