Calculating Longest winning and losing streak by specified day

Hi,

Reference to http://www.excelforum.com/excel-gene...ng-streak.html.

A,B,C,D are column. Vertical 1-7 are rows number. I want to determine my winning streak and losing streak by Mon and Tue. How do I add --(TEXT(A1:A7,"ddd")="Mon" using SUMPRODUCT into the equation of =MAX(FREQUENCY(IF(B1:B7="WIN",ROW(B1:B7)),IF(B1:B7<>"WIN",ROW(B1:B7)))) ?

Or do I need to do it another way?

A B C D
1 Mon Win 1
2 Mon Lose 1
3 Mon Win 1
4 Tue Win 1
5 Tue Win 1
6 Tue Lose 1
7 Tue Lose 1

Your examples on all threads this morning are confusing.

Are the values in Column B dates are text strings ?

Why are you looking to apply TEXT to Column A if as implied above they are the row numbers and the days are actually in B ?
