But you can assign the macro to any shape you like.

Instead of the gray default box excel has is there someone to insert my own box (third party/random image that can be "pressed") and assign a macro to it
that what I said. You can assign a macro to any shape, which includes pictures and clipart.
Just right click the inserted shape and Assign Macro.
