data range belonging

Hy...
I'm not an excel expert and so I need your help for the following problem:

I have a list of Value and an associated error.
I also have a list of ranges.
I want to associate each value to the range of belonging, considering the interval error... and of course I'm looking for a formula to do it!

Maybe with the attached file is easier to understand my problem:

highlighted in green you can see the ranges (id, max and min)
column A: list of data I want to classify
column B: error associeted to the data
column C: max value of data
column D: min value of data
column F: the result I want to obtein for each data... manually calculated! Of course it can happen that a data (with its error interval) belongs to different ranges; for example data A4 belongs to range 1, 2 and 3

It is possible to write a formula to automate this classification?
