Excel 2007 : Converting Quarterly Figures to Monthly Figures

I have a repayment schedule that has a mixture of monthly and quarterly repayments in the same schedule. The repayments at the start of the term of monthly and then they become quarterly after the first 18 months.

I am trying to figure out a way to generate a new table based on the attached spreadsheet that will break the entire sheet into monthly repayments, based on the number of days in the month.

Is there a way to achieve this through the use of a formula? I have a lot of these sheets to do and the repayment periods can vary from sheet to sheet after the initial monthly repayments. They can be monthly, quarterly, six monthly or annually. The mixed repayment periods in each sheet is where I am getting stuck.
