    Drop-Down list exported to html

    Hi,

I'm intersting in creating web page based on excel sheet.
When I save the sheet as html, all hyperlinks work fine, but buttons(executing macros) and dropdown lists are visible but can't be activated.

I'm interesting in creating a list of hyperlinks in a dropdown menu and convert it into web page.

Is it possible to create this web page using excel?

    Thanks
    Michael

michaelg, I'm not an expert on this subject, but saving an Excel file as an HTML does not mean that the full Excel functionality is available in the resulting web page. Excel is a complex application. If you have buttons, macros, data validation, these will probably not work in a web page. You can save a simple Excel sheet as a web page, but beyond the most simple of formulas, the web version won't perform.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but what you want to do will normally need dedicated javascript or other web-specific programming intelligence.
