Overdue dates with Criteria

Hello everybody,

I'm having problem creating formula in assigning outstanding receivables to a particular criteria using Less than (<) or Greater than (>) or equal to & Greater than=>. I've attached the file which probably explains better. I indicated the result I need but the sumifs formula is needed with such criteria.
