Alternate cell value based on different cells

I have the following borrowed code for showing a blank cell in H3 if the cells being added together are blank.

Is it possible to add to the formula so that if C3="ns" the value placed in H3 will be "-1" even though P3,Q3 and S3 will now remain blank?

    Thanks!

    This may work

    =IF(COUNTA(P3:Q3,S3)=3,((P3+Q3+S3)/0.1),IF(C3="ns",-1,""))

Solution worked great, I stated the question poorly, It is possible to only have values in one of the cells so I changed "=3" to ">0" and it's perfect now. THANKS!
