Scheduling Employees: Linking Shift Times

Hello,

I have put together a basic template to schedule my employees, but I am having trouble making the template fully interactive. In other words, I would like the shift times to be linked togther.

If one shift time is changed then I would like it to change the corresponding future shift times.

If one shift time is added early in the day I would like it to autopopulate the following shift times for the rest of the day.
