Matrix problem

Hi,

I want to find a formula which can help me with my problem in the excel sheet. I want to get the number in cell c14 by changing the year in cell c13 and the name in cell b14. That is, if I change cell c13 from 2008 to 2009 and cell b14 from EBIT to EBITDA, I will get the number 120 in cell c14.

Hope someone can help me with this small problem (but big enough for me, hehe)
