Excel 2008 : Interactive chart that automatically updates table values

Ok, here is what I am wondering.

Can I have an excel chart (let's say a line chart) where I can drag multiple points to increase them or decrease them and it will automatically update the values in the data table?

At the moment I have to type in the new values in my data table and then the chart auto-updates, but how about the opposite?

Is that even possible in Excel? Any other software that has such functionality?
