Excel 2007 : Submit Order Form via email

hi, i want to put an order form (in excel) on my website. customers will open the form, fill it up and press the submit button on which they will be asked to login to their email (outlook, express, gmail, hotmail, yahoo mail etc etc....) after which a blank email with my email address, a standard line in the subject box and the order form attached as an email will open which will be sent by the customers. it will be received im my mail box. hope my question is clear....is this possible, just like the 'share this' button on many websites where it allows customers to choose how they want to share the site...gmail, hotmail, facebook etc.....

i've tried with ms outlook. the file is renamed and attached to an email with my address on it. just have to click send. however, i want to offer sending through web mail because people might not have emails set on ms outlook or outlook express. may be they are using public computers.
