Service Hours

Hi,

I'm very much an Excel noobie and only really use it for basic functions. Now, I'd like to push the limit a bit.

The attached file shows GMT Hrs across Row A, with a number of Services provided during those hours. The service hours can change depending on the service.

Column wise, I have listed 3 countries with their GMT Offset and calcuated in C6:Z8 the local times in comparison to GMT, based on this offset.

The Green coloured cells show the operational times in that country.

What I'd like to do is:

• Have the Service Hours C2:Z4 as adjustable sliders for each row, in 1hr increments
• Calculate the number of hours a country is serviced, which can change depending on the Service Hours and operational hours - preferably in a different colour than original to show the difference

Any help / assistance will be gratefully received!!
