    Conditional Formatting Multiple Cells

    Hi, everybody.

    Within Conditional Formatting I am using the formula
    =$A34=TEXT(TODAY(),"mmmm")
    to automatically highlight a cell displaying the current month from the 1st of the month.

    I want to have a number of cells, i.e. A34 down to say, A50 to be highlighted so I have a block of cells allotted to the current month.

    I have tried various formulae without success.

    Can anyone help me with this?

    TIA for any advice.

    Select A34 to A50 and then apply the conditional format you list above.

    Or, format A34, then copy the cell, select A35 to A5 and paste special - Formats.

    If that does not help, please post a workbook.

    Thanks, everybody, for the input. None helped, unfortunately - probably me tho'.

    I'm attaching a copy with sensitive material deleted. The months on the left, as you will see, highlights as each month arrives. Generally the number of rows is about ten but can be more or less. I would like the whole (column A) block to highlight but omitting the month's title - this appears just the once. (Omitting the title should not be a problem)

    Thanks again...
