pulling specific data from one sheet to another and updating it weekly

I need this spreadsheet to pick up items from the weekly tabs that have been indicated as a follow-up by putting a 1 in the box (I can't get it to work with an X). Then I need it to transfer over to the Follow-Up tab and keep a running total without the spaces in between each one. I need it to move up so that there are no gaps in between each one. Then I need the spreadsheet to allow for new tabs each week with the follow up tab being a continuous record of any follow ups that we have marked throughout the weeks. The ultimate goal is to have weekly tabs with data that move to the follow up tab to keep track of any such follow up items throughout the year. If you can help I would appreciate it. I will be copying a new weekly tab in each week and populating it with current data so if the formulas could be copied over to a new sheet each week and then with maybe some tweeking they could work on the new tab I could handle that part.
