Get Earliest Date of Each Unique Phone Number

I'm working with a call log with about 1000 rows. Every row is a call, with the same incoming number appearing multiple times as certain people call more than once. Every row also has a number of additional criteria such as call duration that needs to be copied over as well.

I need a formula or macro that will look at all of the calls from every unique incoming number, and pick the values of that row into a new list (in a new tab).

So if incoming call # 1234567 had 6 calls over a month, I need to be able to find the earliest value and put that in a new list.

This log gets updated every week with data, so the function would also have to know not to populate the new list with incoming numbers that have already been added.

do you have a sheet or an example you can upload? I've tried to get to the answer but it's gonna take someone with alittle more experience. I did however make you a sheet that will get to the answers you want but i feel that someone else will find a better way for you.one sheet has three windows; the first is where you enter data; the second is all calls that have repeated that month with a filter so you can see the most recent call times of individual callers; the third is all callers that have called only once.
