sort pivot table by date

I am sorting a pivot table by date using the "last week" filter. The default starts the week on Sunday. How can I specify that, that last week starts last monday?

Do a date range filter instead of last week?

You could also pull out the dayofweek in a new column using the second argument of the Weekday function.
