Exclude Blank Cells from chart legend

I have a pie chart that is based on a series of cells. The cells pull from a pivot table. What I would like is when the pivot table has less data, my chart legend will not include the #N/A or blank ranges. The data points are fine it's the legend that still populates with the #N/A. Thanks.

For standard charts you could use

For PT charts can you not exclude the #N/A items?
