Comparing external data with a static table

I am trying to create an excel sheet to simplify some data comparison we have been having to perform by hand, but I am quite the beginner at Excel. I have included a sample spreadsheet with similar data entered, along with the desired results.

I am importing XML data into a sheet (Sample Sheet 2) in the workbook and comparing it to existing, static data (Sample Sheet 1).

The output (Sheet 1, cell E5) should consist of the lot IDs the imported data has (see example).

I hope that makes sense. The data in Sheet 1 will almost never change (except for the output, of course), but the imported information in Sheet 2 will change frequently and will be of variable length.
