    Formula required

I am trying to obtain the correct formula to carry out the following, but to date have yet solved it.

    I have a date in cell C54.

I have numerical values that may be found in cells Range C59:C71, but these numerical values will always have values starting in C59, increasing in value down column C, but rarely finish in C71. Generally the last number is a few rows short of row 71.

I have managed to work out a formula to locate the Row number the LAST numerical value is found in with:

    .

But i need to now modify this formula so that i can obtain the value in the SAME ROW as the formula displays, but in Column A instead.
Then have the formula take the time value in C54 and add (the numerical value (in minutes) found in the Column A.

In effect, logically thinking the formula does this:

LOOK IN RANGE C59:C71 FOR THE LAST VALUE.
THEN USING THE VALUE -2 COLUMNS OFFSET FROM THAT LAST VALUE, ADD THIS NUMERICAL VALUE[IN MINUTES], TO THE TIME IN C54.

How can i achieve this using a formula?

    try
    =INDEX(A59:A71,MATCH(9.999999999E+307,c59:c71,1))
