Count remaining stock shares automatically

Need formula to calculate remaining stock shares!

Please look at the attached files.

I want column E to show the remaining shares after selling certain amount, so that I can calculate the current market value. That mean the upper stock will be subtracted first until it become 0. Then the second transaction will be subtracted next.
