Controling pivot filters from another page

    Excel Guru's everywhere,

My pivot table is on tab Pvt. But I want to control it's filter from my report tab called Report. Do I have to use a macro for this, or can I somehow move/copy the pivot control to my report tab? If I do have to use a macro, how do i do this? I should note that my pivot is attached to an access database. So, not sure if that complicates matters?

    Thanks,

    Brad

Here is a small sample of the file I am working with to give you guys a better idea of what I'm attempting to do. So I want to control the Department filter in the pivot table on the Pvt tab, from the Report tab. I would love to attach the drop down list I have on the Report tab to it? Do I have to write a macro or is there someother way I can take control of the pivot table from another tab?

    Thanks,

    Brad
