    OFFSET is Volatile but obviously slightly simpler syntax.

    Thanks firstly, however I do not paste the next one cell only. For example, if I want to paste to K1 cell, it counts the alpha in column E1:F10. I'm really hopeful you can help me to slove, thanks!
