    Exclamation [SOLVED] Formula for cell that doesn't meet any criteria

    I tried searching for what I thought the solution could be, but I guess my words weren't long enough?

    Anyway, I have a spreadsheet that I have two columns look for certain criteria. If it's one or the other, an X will populate the appropriate cell and tally up the total.

    My problem is, I have a third column that I want the cells to populate with an X if it's NOT one of those two.

    Basically, I need a formula that looks for the value to not equal a DEPOSIT or a REBATE.

    I know this has to be easy, but my mind is not working right today.

    EDIT: I figured it out. It was actually really simple, it just took me a minute to get the wheel spinning. Here is the formula I ended up using:
