Cash flow circular reference nightmare!!!

This cash flow calculation is a nightmare.

I am trying to work out what the minimum interest rate is needed on an account without going overdrawn.

I have made a trial document which is attached.

Dummy formulas are in place and you can change the cells with borders.

Your help would be a lifesaver!!!!!

I can't work it out for the life of me!
