Increment Certain Cell Values by 1

I am currently playing an online game called ogame,space wars and planeets etc.

I have a excel worksheet with ogame.I have all my planets from ogame on that sheet.And each time my planet gets spied,I add 1 to the planet.
So,my planet 1 gets spied once this night.Therefore,i start the excel worksheet and next to the planetname i have a cell containing a number.That number shows how many times my planet got spied since i created that sheet.So,let's say it's 123.And because it got spied again,i'll overwrite it with 124.
This thing happens all over again.I do not write random numbers in those cells.
if you didn't get it,it looks something like this:
planet 1 - 343
planet 2- 3243
planet 3 -434
planet 4-4343
and so and so and so....
i wrote some random numbers.
So,every morning i check all the spy messages and add them in excel.Everytime one of my planets gets spied,i add 1 to the value next to it.
So,the main question is :is there any way i can do this easier?I am really tired of replacing 123 with 124 and other big numbers.It's not like i can't do them,but i have to find out a much faster way to do it.

So ,is there any way i can just press a button and the value automatically increases with 1?ofcourse,there are lots of planets,and each planet has its own number,so i havee to select the cell with a certain planet.
i do not want formulas,but if needed,i can add them.
