why filter is not working

Hi I subtotaled the spreadsheet, saved and pasted. Currently, the spreadsheet can not use filter, what' s reason?how can I fix this issue? thanks Please see the attached

I just deselected the filter, Selected the Cell containing 'Full Name' and re applied the filter and it worked fine.

Try that.
