"File Already Exists" when opening Excel

We went through a desktop refresh last week, and now SOMETIMES (I haven't been able to discern a pattern yet) when I open a workbook I get an error message from Microsoft Visual Basic saying "File Already Exists". In the lower left corner of my status bar it says "Opening ATPVBAEN.XLA". Any idea of why I'm getting this error?

I think that's the Analysis addin. Not sure why it appears to be opening twice, see if exists in different locations now
    Hope that helps.

Sorry so late in replying' just got to work.

The ATPVBAEN.XLA exists at these locations:
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11|Library\Analysis
    C:\Documents and Settings\MyUserName\Application Data\Microsoft\Office\Recent

I haven't had a reply in a while, so thought I'd bump this, as it's still pestering me.

BTW, I have both the "Analysis Toolpak" and the "Analysis Toolpak - VBA " checked; should one of those be turned off?

    No, they are different.

I would remove both, close and restart Excel, and go from there.
