Excel 2007 : Homework

Go on-line and find information about 15 homes that are on the market in your neighborhood and compile a spreadsheet that includes data such as; number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, how big the lot is, the type of heat the home has, the year the property was built, how long it has been on the market and the price of the home. Use the data analysis toolpak to create a report that includes information about the descriptive statistics of the data and also correlations amongst the variables. In your excel file, include a write-up as to why you believe certain variables are or aren’t correlating with each other. You can also use some of the descriptive statistics in the correlation analysis. Make sure to include at least three correlation analyses and three descriptive statistic analyses. Include interpretations of the descriptive statistics and the correlations. Come up with a regression model and create 5 houses with your specifics and forecast what the price of the homes should be based on the 10 homes that are currently on the market.

i did everything up to the "and also correlations amongst the variables". From here, I am stuck and not sure what to do. I was wondering if you guys could help out a little? I have attached the file below.
