Search result

Good Day;

i have a database contain sheet from jan to dec, and i would like to display search result on different sheet call search.
Search criteria :

1. Complainant Name
2. Number ***
3. Email Address**
4. Itracker No
5. MyCERT No

here i attach sample file

all the information as stated in search sheet

when user key in below criteria they will get result (result info will be from sheet jan2010 to dec2010)

1. Complainant Name
2. Number ***
3. Email Address**
4. Itracker No
5. MyCERT No

yes, when user key in any value, the able to get result; eg. user get MyCERT No from complainer, when user key in the number in blue box, they will get all information for that complainer,and if posible when the user update any information on the search result it should auto update in database
