FYTD Totals Based on Current Date

I'm looking for a formula that will total my budget numbers and prior years sales based on the current date. So for cell BN2 if I opened the spreadsheet on 12/15/10, it would total cells F2 and K2. And for cell BK2, it would total cells C2 and H2. The attached file is just an example, but I have several more rows of data that I would need to copy the formula down to. Any suggestions on a formula to use?
