Title not ideal - I've revised on this occasion.
The resulting apportionment would be along the lines of:
original+new*(original/(total-new))
70%+20%*(70%/80%)
and
10%+20%*(10%/80%)
in the above (total-new) is condensed to 80%

This will give me the same result. Why do we need to include the preamble?
70%/80%
and
10%/80%
The above will give you the % each person should get of the 20%
The earlier examples give you the final % amounts for each individual (ie their original stake plus their portion of the additional 20%)
Whether or not you need that is unclear from the original post.
