Hello I have a chart with cell values like this [32,2,53,342,14,1424]. Each number corresponds to a name that I have in a list. I want it to read [Bob, Joe, Harry, Sally, Ron, Paul]. I would normally use replace all but I have so many values and hundreds of names. Is there a shortcut for this?

What's the relevance of the chart? I can see that the numbers may be plotted on a chart but I'm not clear what you mean by wanting to replace them.
Or are you saying that you want to establish the name associated with each number and then replace the number with the name? If so create a two column look up list with numbers in one column and names in the other and use a VLOOKUP(). Then when you've copied the VLOOKUP() down alongside your list of numbers, copy the range and paste it on to of the numbers as values.
