Picture quiz

I would like to create a picture quiz in Excel similar to this one, only with football players, but I'm quite unexperienced at this, and was wondering if there's such thing as a template for me to fill in?

I've never seen a quiz like the linked in excel. I assume the answers go just below the picture? Will these be multiple choice answers? Do you want to give possible answers to for the answers?

I can imagine doing this with a minimum of inserting pictures, validation lists and and a few formulas. If you want the total correct to show when a "Done" button is pressed you will need some VBA code behind the sheet.

I hope this helps answer your question. Perhaps someone else has seen a template?

Yes and yes, for example just the first name, the surname or the entire name of the player.
