    actual number acheived,:Stacked Bar Chart

    Hi Everyone,

Might be quite a simple solution I'm not sure.

Basically i need to create a chart with a target number against an actual, so the bottom of the stacked chart will be the actual number acheived, with the top of the chart being the remainder of the target

for example a target of 50 and having acheived 20

1 bar to a total of 50, with the bottom being 20 and the top being 30.

However i also require the figures to be updated, so when i change the cell of the actual to be 25 the graph will update with 25 at the bottom at 25 at the top.

Theres something called a 100% stacked column chart, but i cant seem to get to grips with it!!

    Any help is greatly appreciated!!

    Thank you for your time!

If the achieved value is never more that the target then you can use a 2 series cluster column chart and set the Overlap value to 100%

This will place the 2nd series columns infront of the 1st series columns.

Add data labels to both series and position the 1st series labels outside end and the 2nd series labels centered.
    Cheers
