Question Separate comma delimited values to rows

I have tried using other scripts out there that do somewhat close to the same thing that I'm looking for but can't get it to actually work.

I have an excel sheet that contains source to target information with many sources going to the same target but all within the same line.

What I would like to have done is break it out so many sources go to the same target but with multi lines.

I have included a sample source sheet and expected results and it would be awesome if someone could help me out with this.

Based on the sample alone one possibility might be:

in the above it is assumed that Cols A:C share the same number of terms at all times (ie if A1 holds 3 items so too do B1 & C1)

Hopefully I'm not breaking the rules following up but I have a question about your code.

I am currently trying to expand upon it adding extra columns to pull into and display but keeping the same general principle that if a group of columns share the same number of terms at all times. Assume B:D.

So instead of having A:F with A:C being the group I would now like to have A:Q with B:D being the group.
