    help needed! How to display value if conditions meet

    Hi All,

    I have a question in excel that I hope you can help.

    I have spreadsheet that contain serial#, order#, shipping date and pricing. Right now I want display order# in Column E if one of the shipping date> 12/31/2009 under the same serial#.

    Here is the sample data

    Any advice is appreciated.
