Manipulating dynamic range via data validation list

Please see attachment. I would like to set up a dynamic range that is powered by the drop down box in A1, i.e. if the drop-down box stipulates 'Employee1' for example, then the dynamic range will run from A4:D4. In turn, I would then like the chart to present solely the data for the selected employee in the drop-down.

I'm pretty au fait with the OFFSET function, however I'm guessing I need to combine it with something else to get this to work correctly, but I can't for the life of me work out what.

Is there a way to do this?
