    Sure. Don't use Excel.
    Excel is fab for all sorts of things but using as an asset register (as all too many people do) is not to be advised.

    It's too easy to make a depreciation error or for inexperienced users to inadvertantly alter a formula (even with protection in place, you can't guarantee that every cell that should be protected is) and once you reconcile to the nominal ledger all sorts of rounding errors (or worse!) creep in.

    Try googling for free asset registers and use Excel for what it's good at.

    Actually our company policy is very strict we can not Download/use any pirated or free softwars. hence I can not violate my company policy.

    I found some of formats from some other sites.

    I am uploading my own designed assets register it is not completed but can help others,

    our monthly closing based on weeks like Jan 4weeks Feb 4weeks and Mar 5 weeks so may be week condition will confuse you, but you can remove that condition.
