    Populate a chart with various names on a worksheet

    I need to populate a column chart with the 12 supervisor names on the worksheet (Names are in a list at the bottom of the worksheet). I then need to count how many times each name is entered in the SUPERVISOR block from the pull-down and populate the chart with how many times each name was entered. Let me know if that doesn't make sense. Thank you

    Can you not use COUNTIF

    C182: =COUNTIF($F$1:$F$180,B182)

    copy down to C195 and plot resulting table.
