Sorry for my thoughts, but I don't think it can be automatically recovered. Start typing. Everytime I've done this sort of thing in the past, I realize what a better user I'm going to become. We've all done it!! and sorry for your loss.
Perhaps someone has a better idea.

Click the * Add Reputation below to say thanks.
Provided you don't close the workbook after clearing and saving, undo will recover the cleared data.
Other than that, if you have Autosave enabled then searching the temp files might help. If Autosave is not enabled then you might be lucky and find your last but one saved file.
