Talking moving data underneath data to the right of it (LOOPING)

i have about 600,000 lines of data,

    cell b8
    HTML Code:
    and underneath this cell C9
    HTML Code:
the problem is its a lot of data and it continues to do the same, theres data on top and then underneath that cell.

I need help on how to move this data which starts underneath all the way after the description to the right and top.

Ive included a tab original data, and a tab "to look like", im not sure where to start, if I need a program or simple if formula can do it.. the data is intense..

    any help would be appreciated

I created a loop, because there is a set data in the 2nd row, 1524I, its doing what I want it do, but its slow and the loop until range gives an error, thanks, any help! I need to loop the others too, so any help,
    HTML Code:

SOLVED IT myself, thank you for looking and trying to help, I appreciate it, I created the doo loop and changed to loop until Loop Until ActiveCell = 1, and I put 1 at the bottom of each row that I wanted to end.. I created seperate if formulas, with the loop and then I called all 5 of them to run the program.
