    How to make a formula to take value in database to store as history

    Hi,

    I'm confused in making a formula to show as history from database.

    The pivot table seems not update to the value in database. Remember that the database is always updated and increased. When the month change, in pivot table not shown the month. Or I'm messed in something?

    If you use a volatile function like TODAY() then the date will constantly change affecting historical data. You need to add the date as a value manually

    Tip: use Ctrl + ; to add the date

    Thats what I want. The database date are constantly change every month. But I want to preserve the history of entry with status "New" in another sheet. How can I achieve that?

    If you are manually deleting the records then use Filter the records. Copy & PasteSprcial -> Values to the archive sheet
