To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.
If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.
Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!
This will let us know how your data is laid out
Hope that helps.

Are you wanting to just have the Address fly out when you hover your mouse over the cell with the name? or do you want to have to double click to see it?

Where's the data to display stored?
Hi,
Find the attached that does what I think you want. Double click a name and the Name and Address appear in a Message Box.
Hope this helps.

Here is my attempt. It differs from MarvinP's mostly in that the addresses are found on another sheet.
Thanks but I want to know the priciple, how did you do it?
There is a "Before Double Clicking" event on the worksheet module. So, whenever the user double-clicks a cell, it will run this procedure. Then you simply add some conditions to test for (ie, desired range, rtc). Then you display your address in a message box depending on your data structure. MarvinP assumes the address is somewhere in the same row. Whereas my example assumes the address is in another table.
Does this in any way answer your question? I am not sure how much detail to go into. Have you created macros before and are familiar with the editor?
My answer is shorter and longer than Wizbang's.
