How to make GRAPH with linear x axis

I am measuring certain value at random points (hours) during each day.
Data table is simple:
Hour Value
0:34 7
3:45 10
10:24 13
16:56 19
19:24 7
22:30 9

So data is taken at random interval, what I want to acomplish is
graph with x axis division from 0:00 - 24:00 and values then put in at correct hour tickmark

Hi,

One way would be to add a 00:00 Hour and a 23:59 Hour with nil values as two additional 'plots'.

This would solve just first and last point, but still inside of the GRAPH I do not have x axis by hours from 00:00, 01:00 .... 24:00, so 24 tickmarks on X axis, and results distributed among them as they are collected in random hours

Plot the data as a XY Scatter chart, not a line chart.

Set the X axis minimum to 0, maximum to 1 and major unit to 0.041666667 (which is one hour) or multiples thereof.
