Excel 2007 : Help with Golf Skins Spread Sheet.

Here is my dilemma I have put together a spread sheet that will automate a seniors skins game. I will attach a copy to view. I used conditional format to highlight if someone wins a skin per hole, and I have automated the carryovers in dollars amount. Now this is the question. What formula would I use to calculate if someone does not win a skin for the hole and had to be carry over to the next hole. Also how can I calculate the total skins won? See attach file for the column. Also if any other formulas need to corrected please advise.

I have a different Skins game that I'm looking for help. I also run a skins game with Seniors. In my skins game you get 80% percent of your handicap and then I handicap the hole by the handicap the course gives to a hole. Lets say the hole handicap is 15 and 2 players shoot a 3 on the hole One players handicap with the 80% deduction is a 15 and the other players handicap is a 10 so in my program the player who is a 15 gets a stroke so he wins the hole

I also like to give out more skins so if two golfers tie on a hole I split the skin so they each get a half a skin.

I usually get about 40 + golfers in skins game so I flight it by your handicap 20 in each flight usually 0-15 and 15 and above.

We collect $10 by every skins player so I will have $200 in each flight for skins and I then divide the total skins in each flight by $200 to get the the value of each skin.

Can a program in excel be written to calculate this for me.
