Question removing . in a number with zero at the end intact

Hello...my 1st time to join this forum :-)
I have to report income (numbers) in a format without the period but I tried "replace" or "substitute" and the number come out okay except for those numbers that end with a zero.
Example 123.45 comes out 12345 which is what I want, but if the number is 123.40, it comes out as 1234
    Please help!

Enter 100 into a blank cell, copy it, highlight your values and paste special -> operation: multiply
