Hi. I thought I'd seek the experts out. My muddling is getting out of hand.

As concise as I can say it: I am trying to pull product color/size/pricing data from a manufacturer's (let's call them Widget Industries) catalog to incorporate into my website (which is in development).

The format the data needs to be in for the programmers does not wholly correspond to the way Widget Industries lists it in their catalog.

I've attached a file with some scrubbed data. Hope it's not to much to ask for you to take a peek at that, but it's much simpler than explaining it here. It's explained in detail on the first worksheet.

Let me know if I left anything out. Any advice is appreciated.

    Thanks,
    hermanexcel

P.S. NOTE: I can't seem to attach my file. Help.

Here is the file. I must have had some cut an paste excesses. Thanks, again.

    Hi
    Your data is not consistent
If it is consistent, means there should be equal no of prices e.g for 10212 there are 18 entries (E33 to E50), some where XL5 & XL6 are in the same cell in the other are in different.
This will work if all the products should have same patteren

    See attached file

Thanks, Mahju. You summed it up well. The data from my vendor is inconsistent. I think I could handle my lookups if it were standardized.

I need help with a lookup solution that can use inconsistent data OR some way to filter/format/program the data into a consistent form first.
