Remove hyperlink of cells

Hi, I have many cells which contain hyperlink, For ex, cells from F1 to F200, each cell has a number be hyperlinked. I want to remove them quickly. What is the best way?

Try this:
• Select the hyperlink range (F1:F200)
• Home.Copy
• Select a cell off to the right...eg Z1
• Home.Paste.Paste_Values

While the pasted cells are still selected:
• Select the top cell of the hyperlink range (F1)
• Home.Paste.Paste
